Every plan includes a monthly number of verified contacts. MoonAgent offers only addresses whose mailbox was verified or whose domain was checked, and labels which is which.
Invite teammates by email as admins or members. Each person connects their own mailboxes and assistant; owners and admins look after settings, keys and shared mailboxes.

A person or team address that MoonAgent found or imported and that passed an address check. The check confirms the mailbox where the mail server allows it and the domain otherwise. Addresses that fail are never offered. Your monthly allowance counts each address whose mailbox check confirmed it.

Yes. Every workspace starts on the Free plan: 1 mailbox, 500 campaign emails a month, 1,000 stored contacts and 25 verified contacts a month, with light MoonAgent use. Allowances reset on the 1st of each month in UTC and do not roll over. Unlimited mailboxes are capped at 20 for now, and each mailbox sends at most 40 emails a day once its ramp is complete.
Nothing is deleted. You cannot add more mailboxes or contacts past the limit, and campaign emails over the monthly allowance wait until the 1st or until you choose a larger plan. Replies you write in the inbox are never blocked.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted. If a payment fails, the plan stays active for 7 days while you update your card.
Bring your own mailboxes and domains; their costs are separate. Moonreply does not send through a shared pool.
