About these terms
Moonreply is owned and operated by Nafran.com. These terms are an agreement between you and Nafran.com ("we", "us") for using the hosted Moonreply service at moonreply.com, including the app, MoonAgent, the API and the MCP connection.
By creating an account or using Moonreply you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you use Moonreply for an organisation, you accept these terms for it and confirm that you may do so. If you do not agree, do not use Moonreply.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate details when you sign up.
- Keep your sign in details and any API or MCP keys secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your keys, including what an AI assistant you connect does after you approve it, such as launching a campaign or sending a reply.
- Tell us straight away at aamirmursleen@gmail.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.
- Workspace owners and admins decide who belongs to a workspace and are responsible for what its members do.
Your workspace and your data
You own the content you put into Moonreply: your contacts, campaigns, emails, files and messages. You give us permission to store, copy and process that content only as needed to provide the service to you, follow your instructions, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations.
When you add personal data about other people, you are the controller of that data and we process it on your behalf, as described in our privacy policy. You confirm that you may give us that data and that you have told those people what the law requires. We do not offer a separate data processing agreement yet. Until we publish one, these terms and our privacy policy set out how we process that data for you.
You can export your workspace data from Settings at any time. Some records need a request by email, as the privacy policy explains.
Sending rules
Moonreply is for relevant, respectful outreach from mailboxes you own. Every email you send with it must meet the laws that apply to you and to each recipient, including the US CAN SPAM Act, the GDPR and UK GDPR, the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and similar laws elsewhere. In particular, you must:
- have a lawful basis to contact every recipient. In many countries that means a genuine business reason to contact that person in their work role; some countries, and some kinds of recipients such as individuals using a personal address, require prior consent.
- not use purchased, rented or scraped lists unless you have checked where the data came from and that you may lawfully use it for outreach
- identify yourself honestly, with a real sender name and address and subject lines that are not misleading
- keep a real postal address in your workspace settings. Moonreply adds it to every campaign email and will not launch a campaign without it.
- honour every opt out promptly. Moonreply's unsubscribe link and one click unsubscribe work automatically, and so does an email with the subject unsubscribe or a reply whose first line is unsubscribe or remove me. Other requests that arrive by reply or by email come to your inbox and you must act on them yourself, for example by adding the address to your suppression list.
- never remove suppression entries or work around them to contact someone who asked to stop
- use open and click tracking only where you may lawfully do so. In the European Union and the United Kingdom that can require the recipient's consent.
- tell recipients where you got their details when the law requires it, and answer their privacy requests
What you may not do
- send spam, or messages that are deceptive, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful or otherwise unlawful
- send phishing, malware, or links meant to take people's credentials or money
- email children, or target people based on sensitive traits such as health, religion or sexual orientation
- connect a mailbox or domain you do not own or have permission to use
- get around sending limits, warmup ramps, suppression, security controls or your mailbox provider's rules
- resell Moonreply, or use it to build or sell a contact database for others
- put personal data into MoonAgent, lead search or Job outreach that you are not allowed to share with the services named in our privacy policy
- probe, overload or attack the service, or access data that is not yours
Mailboxes and connected services
When you connect a mailbox you allow Moonreply to send email from it and to read new mail in its inbox to find replies, bounces and automatic replies. You remain bound by your mailbox provider's terms and sending limits, and you are responsible for your domain's authentication records.
Moonreply works with services run by others, such as Google, Microsoft, HubSpot, Clerk, DeepSeek and Apify. Their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make, and we may have to change or remove an integration if a provider changes its rules. The third party services page lists each one.
MoonAgent and AI output
- MoonAgent uses an AI model. Its output can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, even when it sounds certain.
- Review every draft, lead list and fact before you use it. MoonAgent prepares work for your approval; it does not send email or launch campaigns on its own.
- You are responsible for everything you send or approve, including text that MoonAgent wrote.
- Your requests and the data MoonAgent needs to answer them are processed by our AI provider, as described in our privacy policy.
Lead search and verification
Lead search finds business contact details in public sources. Results can be incomplete or out of date. A verified address means a mail server accepted it at the time of the check, not that its owner wants to hear from you. Before you contact anyone found this way, you must check that you have a lawful basis to do so and follow the sending rules above.
Plans and billing
Checkout runs in Stripe test mode while we finish testing. No real payment is taken yet, and we will tell account holders before real payments start. Our pricing page shows every plan and its limits.
Plans and limits
- Every workspace starts on the Free plan: 1 connected mailbox, 500 campaign emails a month, 1,000 stored contacts and 25 verified contacts a month, with light MoonAgent use.
- Plan limits, such as mailboxes, emails, stored contacts and verified contacts, are shown on the pricing page and in Settings, Billing, and apply to every workspace. MoonAgent requests have a daily and a monthly allowance on each plan, also shown in Settings, Billing.
- Plans that list unlimited mailboxes allow up to 20 connected mailboxes in a workspace for now.
- Allowances follow calendar months in UTC and reset on the 1st. A monthly allowance does not roll over to the next month. Contacts from a verified contact pack are used after the monthly allowance and never expire.
- Emails a month counts the campaign emails a workspace sends. Replies you write in the inbox and delivery tests are not counted.
- Reaching a limit never deletes anything. You cannot add more past it, and campaign emails over the monthly allowance wait for the next month or for a larger plan.
Prices and payment
- Plans are priced per workspace in US dollars and billed in advance, monthly or yearly. The current prices are Starter $39, Growth $79 and Scale $199 a month, with about 20% off when billed yearly.
- Verified contact packs are one off purchases for one workspace: 1,000 contacts for $35 and 5,000 contacts for $149. Their contacts do not expire.
- Stripe processes payments on its own payment page. We never see or store your full card number.
- You will see the final price, including any tax the law requires us to add, before you pay.
- Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings, Billing, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. The workspace then moves to the Free plan.
- If a payment fails, the plan stays active for 7 days while you update your card. After that the workspace moves to the Free plan until a payment succeeds.
- We will give you notice before a price change applies to your plan, and you can cancel before it does.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
Costs you pay to others, such as your mailbox, domain or server provider, are separate from Moonreply's prices.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Moonreply available and reliable, but it can be interrupted by maintenance, failures or events outside our control. Moonreply is still developing: we may add, change or remove features. If we remove something important to a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
Suspension and ending the service
- You can stop using Moonreply at any time. To close your account or delete a workspace, email aamirmursleen@gmail.com. Export your data from Settings first.
- We may pause sending, a mailbox or a workspace straight away if it sends spam, has high bounce or complaint rates, puts recipients or mail providers at risk, or breaks these terms or the law. Moonreply also pauses a campaign automatically when hard bounces pass 5% of its last 100 sends, once at least 20 emails have been sent.
- We may close an account for serious or repeated breaches. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first.
- If we stop offering Moonreply, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.
- When an account or workspace ends, we delete its data as described in our privacy policy.
Warranties
To the extent the law allows, Moonreply is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, that emails will be delivered or reach the inbox, that verified addresses are valid, that AI output is accurate, or that your campaigns will get results.
Liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunities.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.
- If you are a consumer, you keep every right your local law gives you.
Your responsibility for claims
To the extent the law allows, if someone makes a claim against us because of emails you sent, data you supplied or your breach of these terms, you are responsible for the reasonable costs of that claim. We will tell you about the claim promptly and let you take part in handling it.
Open source licence
The Moonreply software is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3. Its source code is not published yet. That licence covers the software itself. These terms cover the hosted service we run at moonreply.com.
Governing law and disputes
The law that governs these terms, and the courts that hear disputes about them, will be named here once the details of the business behind Moonreply are published. Until then, they are set by the usual legal rules, and if you are a consumer you can always rely on the laws and courts of the country where you live.
Before starting a formal dispute, please email us so we can try to resolve it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We post each new version here with a new date and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email or in the app before they apply. If you keep using Moonreply after that, the new terms apply. If you do not accept them, stop using Moonreply and cancel your plan.
